⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Pakistani public holidays).
  • Custom orders, team uniforms, or bulk purchases may require 5–7 business days for production and final quality inspection before dispatch.
  • You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

📲 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a live tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. You can monitor your package in real-time via the carrier’s website or our order status page.
 

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by your country’s government.
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We fully comply with international shipping regulations and do not misdeclare package values or mark items as “gifts.”
 

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or delayed beyond 14 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please contact us immediately.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@onskesports.com with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
 

🔁 Shipping & Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
